Balasinor Dinosaur museum is located in the Mahisagar district, and it is the second-largest dinosaur fossil park of the world. Balasinor is considered the home of more than 13 dinosaur species for more than 100 million years.
It is advised to take the museum and park tour with the guide as egg fossils are spreading all over the park. In the museum, visitors can find massive information about the history of dinosaurs' fossils found in India and Gujarat. There are so many multimedia devices are used to explain the step-by-step evolution of the species. The museum is fully air-conditioned and extremely friendly for disabled children and other disabled guys who use the wheelchair. Visitors are allowed to take pictures of dinosaurs statues in the museum.
If you plan to visit Balasinor Dinosaur Museum, you should not forget that park is closed on Monday and is open the rest of the days from 8 AM to 6 PM. It is advised to take half a day to explore the museum. The ticket price to visit the museum is Rs 500 only.
